Until recently, the Sisters of Saint Mary have always been self-supporting, relying primarily on tuition from students, stipends from parochial schools, music lessons, fundraising events, and donations. Now most Sisters are aging, but they serve a wide variety of ministries as they are able.

The Strategic Financial Plan sponsored by The Amon G. Carter Foundation identified the need of the Sisters of St. Mary of Namur Western Province for an additional $200,000 annually to meet their yearly budget until 2011. In response to last year’s appeal, the Sisters met this goal. Donations are tax deductible and 100% of your donation will be used for the benefit of the Sisters, who are a 501©(3) organization.

Solidarity with Africa & Brazil Committee

If you wish to give to the work of our Sisters in missionary areas, you may choose to give to the Solidarity with Africa and Brazil fund, also. Such donations will go directly to support our missionary activity in Evangelization, education, healthcare, etc. Please, consider a donation to the Sisters of Saint Mary of Namur.
